VIRTUAL MOKAN Trust Conference

The 41st MOKAN Trust & Financial Services Conference will be virtual! The three-day program has been modified to include a all general sessions from industry speakers Samuel Donaldson – federal tax update, Michael Kitces – IRAs and economist Chris Kuehl – current and projected economy. Other featured presentations include planning for unique assets, address techniques for working with beneficiaries who face mental health or substance abuse challenges, impact of the CARES and SECURE Acts, ethical hazards for trust officers and fiduciary services companies, and functional fiduciary liability reduction.  All the sessions will be presented live – not pre-recorded – and available at the conclusion of the conference.

The conference registration fee has bee reduced from $465 per person to $390 per person.
